Get the details right before your first login
The BB7 sign-up form is short, but rushing through it can create awkward problems later. A phone number you control, a truthful date of birth and a password that belongs only to this account make recovery and payment checks much simpler. The process below covers the practical bits from opening the form to getting back in after a forgotten password.

Confirm the phone yourself

Returning to BB7 later
- Launch the official app or open the known BB7 address.
- Choose Login, then provide the registered number or username.

When the usual login stops working

Images need to be readable, but there is no reason to send extra pages or unrelated information.
